KIC field work in southern Kyrgyzstan was finalized by the end of January. All the material collected by teams of experts since October 2010 has now been analyzed, and the first draft of the final report on the findings of the Commission is ready. The seven KIC panel members, together with the KIC coordinator and the report drafter, are meeting at CMI Helsinki for 4 days starting on the 18th of February. It is expected that the report, with the comments from the Kyrgyz authorities, will be published in late March or early April.
